Main Features

1) Mitsubishi servo motor drives double head wheel mold, screen control bending angle, easy to operate, good flexibility, can memorize more than 100 kinds of tube data

2) Manual adjustment is adopted for double head Bay. As an option, servo motor drive mode can also be selected

3) It adopts downward bending mode, which is convenient for docking with automatic loading and unloading equipment

4) Bending angle: 1-179 degrees

5) Pipe diameter range: less than 40mm, wall thickness less than 2.5mm, non-standard customization is required if the above indexes are exceeded

6) Support multi tube bending

7) Support the full servo motor drive mode, eliminate the hydraulic station, replace the hydraulic drive of clamping die and auxiliary pushing die with numerical control drive (option)

8) There is no bending error caused by oil temperature change

5）管径范围：40mm以内，壁厚2.5mm以内，超出上述指标需要非标定制

6）支持多管弯曲

7）支持全伺服电机驱动模式，淘汰液压站，将夹持模具和辅推模具液压驱动更换为数控驱动（选项）
