Main features of automatic punching and drilling workstation:

1) Manual batch feeding, automatic feeding unit, automatic feeding, positioning, pipe length range: 500-1200 (customizable);

2) The function of pipe weld detection and positioning can be configured;

3) The truss manipulator accurately grabs the pipe fittings to each processing position and carries out blanking operation, and the truss driving unit is servo motor;

4) Multi station automatic punching, core piercing at both ends, drilling and other operations, the hole spacing can be adjusted within the permitted range (the adjustment range of space needs to be determined and customized in advance);

5) The robot can be used to connect with the next process, such as pipe bender, pipe shrinking machine, bending machine and so on.
